The Marina Town is the heart of the ‘Salalah Beach’ around which the community is being built. It will be a hub of activities with retail outlets and cafes that will have a magnificent overview of the boats docked at the marina. From the onset, the marina was designed to create a unique look and feel that is open and uncluttered, at the same time aesthetically pleasing. The venue will be appealing to both boating enthusiasts as well as those just looking to relax and unwind at the alfresco cafes or restaurants.

 

The man-made lagoons weaving through the ITC further enhance the tropical look and feel of the destination. These have been flooded as is the marina that will soon be ready for berthing boats.
